Wendy Shay is annoyed that industry players are attributing the success of her new single, Heat, to Bullet, her manager. Most people speculate the Bullet is the brain behind the lyrical dexterity of her songs because he also happens to be a songwriter for artiste under his label.

Tweeting her frustrations with the seemingly impossible situation, Wendy Shay revealed that other female musicians also get the extra boost. She wrote, “Almost every female artiste in Ghana has a songwriter, but nobody really cares who writes for them. But anytime Wendy Shay drops a Heat Song, they want to credit everything to the So-Called songwriter. Ghana, wake up!”

This outburst could be because of Abena Moet, an entertainment pundit, giving a standing ovation to Bullet instead of Wendy Shay. When asked why she chose to attribute the success of Heat to Bullet, she replied that it’s no secret that Bullet writes Wendy Shay’s songs. So, of course, the word is all his doing.
